Meet Jasmeen Kaur, one of the incredible team members driving impact here at Skip! 🚀 As a Global Process and Policy Manager, Jasmeen plays a pivotal role in reviewing and shaping the policies that define our user experience for customers like you. Her journey at Skip is a true testament to growth. Starting in 2017 as a part-time Customer Service Agent, Jasmeen worked her way up through the ranks—from Team Lead to Canada Policy Manager, and now into her global role. Her superpower? A bottom-up perspective that allows her to uniquely understand the day-to-day realities of agents, leads, and managers because she has lived them all.
