The Skin Health Alliance was evaluated on a range of criteria including customer focus, leadership commitment to quality, employee expertise, operational efficiency, strategic planning and systems for feedback and continuous improvement. This achievement reflects the Skin Health Alliance’s unwavering commitment to excellence and the consistent delivery of a high quality service. In a recent survey conducted at the 105th Annual Meeting of the British Association of Dermatologists, 250 dermatologists were asked if they believe consumers would feel safer if skin related accreditation standards were verified by well-respected external auditors. 95% of dermatologist respondents said yes, highlighting the value of the Skin Health Alliance’s recently achieved ISO accreditation.
