Ask a manager how AI is going at their company. Then ask someone on their team the same question. You’ll probably get two very different answers. We surveyed 2,000 workers across North America, the UK, and Germany, and the gap between how leaders and individual contributors feel about AI readiness is wider than we expected. 77% of managers feel set up to succeed with AI, but only 24% of individual contributors strongly agree. Most workers aren’t afraid of AI. They just want the training, governance, and support to use it well.
