A recent feature in TechRound highlights a challenge many organisations are facing: employee confidence in spotting phishing attacks doesn’t always translate into real-world cybersecurity preparedness. Our research, featured in the article, explores the gap between how confident public sector employees feel about identifying phishing emails and how prepared they are to recognise and respond to cyber threats.
