A data center has a design brief. It specifies a host of integrated engineering constraints: power capacity, redundancy type, vendor-specific equipment and clearances, etc. You can’t sketch that into existence. You have to solve it. At NXT BLD, we showed our custom harness doing exactly that: read a plain-text brief, run the solvers, produce a fully configured data center layout — correct equipment, correct clearances, firm-specific Revit families.  Start to fully-engineered model: One Day.
