Cher réseau, Je viens de clôturer un stage exceptionnel au sein du Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire : une expérience humaine et professionnelle qui restera marquée dans mon parcours. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude à Giuseppe Bonasia, Directeur des Opérations et mon manager, pour sa confiance, son accompagnement et ses précieux conseils, ainsi qu’à Jean-François Remy, Directeur Général, pour m’avoir offert cette opportunité unique. Mes remerciements vont également à Michel ASSE, Directeur Banquet, pour m’avoir permis de découvrir le département du Banquet et d’en explorer toutes les facettes. J’ai pu participer à de grands événements notamment le CEO Forum et la BAD (Banque Africaine de Développement). Un immense merci également à toutes les équipes du Sofitel pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur bienveillance et l’énergie positive que j’ai ressentie chaque jour. Cette expérience m’a permis d’apprendre et de grandir, tant sur le plan opérationnel que sur l’art de l’hospitalité. J’en repars enrichi et inspiré, avec l’envie de poursuivre ce chemin passionnant et pour cela je suis ravi de vous annoncer que je rejoins le Master en management hôtelier de l’EHL. ------------ Dear network, I have just completed an exceptional internship at the Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire: a personal and professional experience that will remain etched in my career path. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Giuseppe Bonasia, Operations Director and my manager, for his trust, support and valuable advice, as well as to Jean-François Remy, General Manager, for offering me this unique opportunity. My thanks also go to Michel ASSE, Banqueting Director, for allowing me to discover the Banqueting department and explore all its facets. I was able to participate in major events, notably the CEO Forum and the BAD (African Development Bank). A huge thank you also to all the Sofitel teams for their warm welcome, kindness and the positive energy I felt every day. This experience has allowed me to learn and grow, both operationally and in the art of hospitality.  I leave enriched and inspired, with the desire to continue on this exciting path, and I am delighted to announce that I am joining the Master in Hospitality Management at EHL.
