What an inspiring few days at the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026 in Warsaw! ✨ Over the past week, we had the privilege to present our company as an employer at one of Europe’s largest gatherings for women in tech bringing together thousands of participants for learning, networking, and meaningful exchange. From engaging conversations at the SIX booth, to mentoring sessions and a highly interactive workshop, the event created many opportunities to connect, learn, and exchange ideas with a diverse and inspiring community. A special highlight was the interactive workshop led by Marta Jaszczuk and Aleksandra Usik💡“When Everything Goes Wrong: Leading Through Incidents Under Pressure” Participants worked through real-life scenarios, explored decision-making under pressure, and shared valuable perspectives on collaboration and communication. During the “Meet SIX” session at the Career Stage, Marta Raus-Zaglio, PhD and Mateusz Kozielec shared insights into working with us at SIX and building a career in tech. They highlighted growth opportunities, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and how future-ready roles are evolving in a rapidly changing industry. They also offered practical perspectives from their own story, and personal tips on maintaining work–life balance while building resilience.
