🚧 Did you know the Attorney General’s office is responsible for the Enforcement of the Underground Damage Prevention Law “Missouri One Call”? 🚧 Maintenance and installation of underground utility infrastructure systems are an everyday occurrence for the bulk of SITE members. SITE’s Board and Legislative Committee had a productive meeting with Attorney General Andrew Bailey and his team, laying the groundwork for a strong, strategic partnership between the underground construction industry and his office. New ideas presented during the meeting will ensure safety, efficiency, and accountability for industry stakeholders while supporting Missouri’s growing infrastructure needs.
