𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝗸: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀. Pride Month is a time to celebrate, reflect, and recognise the importance of inclusion, visibility and equality. This Pride Month, we’re proud to stand alongside the LGBTQ+ community, listening, learning, and taking meaningful action to build a culture where everyone can be themselves. This June, we’ll be marking Pride across our projects, offices and teams in Ireland, the UK and Europe. Together with our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, True Colours (enhancing LGBTQ+ inclusion at Sisk), we’re excited to: -March in the Dublin Pride Parade organised by @Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride CLG for the third year -Take part again in the Dublin Pride Run (by the Dublin Front Runners) Host a webinar exploring the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people in construction, sharing real stories and insights from our people -Deliver toolbox talks across our offices and projects focused on inclusive behaviours, helping ensure everyone on site and in our offices plays a part in creating a respectful and supportive environment. Across the business, our teams will also be celebrating Pride in ways that matter locally, bringing people together, raising awareness, and continuing important conversations.
