So pleased that our Ulster University Business School Department of Hospitality Tourism and Events Management first-year #FoodBusinessAndInnovation students are working with Morelli's Ice Cream Ltd. Huge thanks to Marino and the team for sponsoring our #FoodSensoryScience module. Our students have been so engaged in the sensory evaluation of three new flavours. There is nothing like authentic industry engagement to give our students relevant experience to build their skills in preparedness for their future careers.
