See how real neighbourhoods are transformed into health innovation hubs where prevention happens at the community level. #SingHealth is flipping the traditional model by moving care beyond hospitals into everyday spaces. As a #healthcare cluster with a National Medical Research Council Centre Grant for #populationhealth #research, we are reimagining these communities as living laboratories where prevention is embedded into daily life. From co-designed spaces to community wide preventive programmes, residents are supported with screenings and activities that drive better health outcomes. Recognised by the World Health Organization’s Global Network for Age Friendly Cities and Communities, this approach shows how health can start in the neighbourhood, long before a hospital visit is needed.
