In social service, progress is not always immediate. Some of the most meaningful outcomes take years to reveal themselves, long after a programme ends, a conversation is forgotten, or a young person has moved on. Often, the real measure of impact lies in the lives that continue forward because someone took the time to invest in them. Vimel Rajoo's journey reflects that belief. His understanding of service evolved over the years, from working directly with youth to recognising the role that leadership, systems, and organisations play in creating lasting change. It is a reminder that impact is not only about what we do ourselves, but also about enabling others to do their best work. At SUSS, students come from diverse starting points and life stages, but what often connects them is the decision to keep moving forward with purpose. That spirit sits at the heart of Dream. Dare. Do. Explore the stories here: https://social.suss.to/E
