Singapore's next landmark MICE destination is taking shape. 🏭 At the Tourism Industry Conference 2026, we announced the Straits View area near Marina Bay as the potential location for Singapore's Downtown MICE Hub (DMH). Envisioned as an integrated development with world-class MICE facilities, accommodation, dining and retail, entertainment and attractions, the DMH will be central to our ambition of tripling MICE tourism receipts by 2040. STB intends to launch a Request for Proposal (RFP) in 2027. In preparation for the RFP, we have launched a Request for Information (RFI) exercise to gather feedback from developers on key project parameters. Interested developers are encouraged to consult MICE companies to submit your feedback.
