GOLD for SGH at the Employee Experience Awards 2026! SGH has been awarded GOLD 🥇 for Best Employee Engagement Initiative at the Employee Experience Awards 2026, organised by Human Resources Online, for our GROSS (Get Rid Of Silly Stuff) programme. GROSS was developed in response to a fundamental challenge in healthcare — such as increasing workload complexity and the build-up of non-value-added processes. Over time, new demands were layered into an already complex system, placing strain on our workforce. GROSS shifts this by empowering staff to simplify, redesign and focus on what truly matters. Since the launch in 2023, we have completed more than 100 projects, achieving time savings of 54,840 hours and an estimated S$4.25 million in potential annual returns. GROSS has also been shared with healthcare institutions locally and internationally, with organisations adopting similar approaches. It proves to be a scalable model for employee engagement and workplace transformation.
