Most of the time we only hear the success side of founder and entrepreneur journeys. Very rarely do we get a deeper look into the setbacks, uncertainty, wrong turns, sudden falls, and hardship that quietly shaped the person behind the success. I had the privilege of meeting Andrew Scott at the Global Woman Club in Bournemouth last week. Andrew is not only a highly successful serial entrepreneur, but also an incredibly grounded and humble leader. What truly stood out to me was not simply the scale of what he has built, but the sheer resilience behind the rebuilding. Not once, BUT twice, Andrew rebuilt his business empire from absolutely nothing after significant setbacks. Stories like these are more than inspiring. They are energising for entrepreneurs at every stage of the journey, because it reminds us that success is rarely a straight line. Rebuild requires a very different kind of courage. A kind that goes far beyond simply starting over. A kind that shapes your character. A kind that strengthens your values. And ultimately, it defines how you lead moving forward. Ironically, I firmly believe our setbacks often shape us far more deeply than our successes ever do. Our lowest moments bring clarity, that our highest moments sometimes cannot. And from that often comes: a stronger foundation, a more meaningful vision, and leadership that begins to operate with far greater depth, perspective, and heart. Andrew, thank you so much for openly sharing your personal journey with such honesty. There is real power in leaders who are willing to speak not only about success, but also about what it took to rebuild it. #Entrepreneurship #Resilience #Leadership #FounderJourney #BusinessGrowth #Rebuild #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessLeadership #SuccessMindset #PurposeDrivenLeadership
