We are proud to share the results of a sub-group analysis of patients treated with malignant melanoma from our “ARTIC” trial (ARO 2022–10, DRKS00032390): "Abscopal effects in patients with malignant melanoma treated with radiotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibition: analysis of a large observational multicenter study", published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer (JITC) today.   In this large multicenter observational study, we analyzed outcomes in patients with malignant melanoma treated with radiotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Our findings provide clinical insights into the conditions under which abscopal responses may occur — and their potential implications for optimizing combined modality treatments in metastatic melanoma.
