Innovation Manager @ Siemens Energy | Technology · Process · People | From Idea to Impact

ExO Sprint VII – 10 weeks that changed everything. 10 weeks on top of the daily business. 10 weeks full of energy, ups, downs and team spirit. 10 weeks in which ideas turned into real business concepts.  From Siemens Energy -  Large Power Transformers Weiz on board: Anita Steiner,  Wolfgang Hofer and me – together with colleagues across Siemens Energy sites and business units.  What is an ExO Sprint? Not a typical innovation project, but a fast-track program: interdisciplinary teams tackle real business challenges with start-up methods. Learn fast, fail fast, move on even faster – supported by coaches, mentors and external experts.  Our initiatives with participation of Transformers Weiz:  The Honey Badgers – rethinking the winding process: ▪️ Wintell – data-driven assistance for the winding process ▪️ AWA – modular, scalable winding automation  The Enginauts – radically reducing engineering lead time: ▪️ Agent to X – an AI intelligence layer powered by agentic AI – the GT brain ▪️ Harmonia – AI orchestration of existing engineering tools    Last Thursday: pitch in front of the Decision Panel. The result: Siemens Energy invests in all four initiatives.   Thought bigger. Acted bolder. Made it happen as a team. And that's something we can be truly proud of.   A thousand thanks to my Honey Badger Colleagues Valeria Ludwig, Anita Steiner, Metin Akbaba Manuel Tornell, Amir Čakar, Leandro Marim Ramalho, Yang Zhao to our Coach Tony Manley and to our mentors Zoi Gioti and Nevzat Oezcan - Only through complete trust in one another, excellent teamwork, and absolute mutual support were we able to achieve the seemingly impossible.  #SiemensEnergy #ExOSprint #Innovation #Intrapreneurship #Transformers #teampurple
