I’m excited to share that our paper has just been published! In this work, we report a CMOS-compatible, industry-grade fabrication approach for superconducting qubits, achieving 92.8% yield and T₁ times approaching 80 µs. We also investigated room-temperature wafer metrics to reliably predict cryogenic qubit performance. The study is part of our ongoing effort to develop industry-grade fabrication processes for superconducting quantum circuits and it highlights some promising correlations that could support future scaling of quantum processors. 🔗 Read the paper: https://lnkd.in/dWWeh63g Many thanks to all colleagues and partners who made this work possible. 🙌 Fraunhofer EMFT Thomas Mayer Johannes Weber Chawki Dhieb Ignaz Eisele Wilfried Lerch Zhen Luo Carla Moran Guizan Leonhard Sturm Daniela Zahn Christoph Kutter
