We’re excited to share that Amer Siddiqui has been appointed Global Head of the Financial Institutions (FI) Sector. As our FI clients continue to operate in an environment of rapid regulatory, technological and market evolution, Amer’s experience leading complex, high‑value, cross‑border transactions for major financial institutions, combined with his focus on embedding AI and legal technology into our work, will further enhance how we support clients on their most strategic matters. The FI sector sits at the heart of our global offering. Under Amer’s leadership, our multidisciplinary teams will continue to advise many of the world’s leading banks, insurers, alternative finance providers, wealth managers and fintechs on their most complex legal and business challenges. Amer takes over this role from Charlotte Stalin who has now moved into a new role as Head of Client Transformation.
