Thank you to the incredible team at CalPACE—Val Sheehan, Rosie Gilb, Karli Holkko, and Edith Blandon—for organizing the outstanding 2026 CalPACE Conference. CalPACE continues to strengthen and expand access to the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), ensuring more older adults can receive coordinated, person-centered care while remaining healthy, independent, and living safely in their own communities.   At SilverRide, Jeff Maltz, Gerard Linsmeier, and our entire team are proud to support that mission every day. We provide safe, reliable, and seamless transportation services to more than 100 PACE sites across the country, helping participants access healthcare, social engagement, and essential services that enable them to move about independently.   We were especially honored to sponsor the session: "The Future of Duals Care in California." The conversation highlighted the tremendous opportunities ahead as California continues to innovate in caring for individuals who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal: strengthening coordination, improving outcomes, and ensuring integrated, person-centered care for one of our most vulnerable populations.   Special thanks to Gretchen Nye for serving as moderator and to an exceptional panel of thought leaders:   • Athena Chapman • Julianne Holloway • Emilio Rivera • Javier Sanchez   The energy and collaboration throughout the conference were inspiring. Events like CalPACE remind us that meaningful progress happens when providers, policymakers, health plans, and trusted partners come together with a shared commitment to improving the lives of older adults. #CalPACE #PACE #IntegratedCare #SeniorCare #HealthcareInnovation #DualEligible #MediCal #Medicare #CalAIM #AgingServices #TherewithCare
