The past few weeks have been intense — heavy workloads, late nights, and thought-provoking debates as we continue to evolve our 3-year strategy. At times, it felt demanding. But challenge creates clarity. Being pushed to think harder and explore the why behind every decision sharpens focus and strengthens conviction.
