✨Hey! Great to have you here. I'm excited to give you a first impression of the place where we work here at Siltectra. Our facilities within the Xenon building in southern Dresden are spread across three floors. The upper floor is home to our support functions and management with offices lining a long corridor. The large meeting room is in the center and the staircase at the end of the hall leads down to the offices of our engineers and technical leadership. This is where different departments come together and the range of expertise is broad: laser technology, measurement technology, quality management, process development and many other application areas. One of our favorite spots is the "Innovation Corner" - this is where we brainstorm new ideas, hold small meetings or simply collaborate and share ideas. On the ground floor, you'll find our ISO-certified cleanroom, a shared kitchen, flexible workstations, our workshop and our logistics area. All areas are divided into zones and the access is restricted to authorized personnel only. This helps us protect our data and ensures a high level of security.
