How do you better understand siRNA off-target effects? One approach is to intentionally design siRNAs with many off-targets and study what happens. In a newly published paper in Molecular Therapy Nucleic Acids (MTNA), our scientists investigated siRNA off-target risk assessment using intentionally designed "promiscuous" siRNAs.
