We've been working toward 10 million kids in youth sports by 2030 since day one. The biggest obstacle isn't interest. It's cost. Registration fees, equipment, program overhead; it prices families out every season. And on the other side of that equation, programs are hemorrhaging money on HR, payroll, and compliance infrastructure that was never built for them.
