Today we released SigmaRoc’s FY25 results. 2025 marked a major milestone for the Group with the completion of the integration of the CRH Lime acquisitions, creating a connected European platform for minerals. Despite challenging markets, the business delivered strong results: - Revenue of £1.036bn - Underlying EBITDA up more than 16% to £262m - EPS growth for the 10th consecutive year Synergies were delivered two years ahead of schedule, while continued operational improvements strengthened margins and cash generation. Looking ahead, 2026 has started in line with expectations. Markets remain mixed, and broader macro developments are being monitored, but SigmaRoc enters this next phase from a position of strength. The Group has also recently agreed a new refinancing structure, increasing total funding capacity and providing a more flexible platform to support future growth and acquisitions.
