AI is making mediocre leadership look strong, or even exceptional. Clear communication, sharp analysis, and well-structured strategy are no longer reliable signals of leadership capability. All can now be supported, polished, or generated by AI. Yet many organizations still evaluate leaders based on outputs AI can now help produce.
