This week is Healthcare Technology Management Week, and we couldn't let it pass without taking a moment to celebrate the people who make everything we do possible. 💥 Meet the backbone of Sierra - our Field Service Engineers. While most people never see the inside of a Sterile Processing Department, our FSEs show up every single day - getting their hands dirty, solving complex problems, and making sure the equipment that protects patients is running the way it should be. It’s not glamorous work. It’s critical work. We are so incredibly proud of this team.
