Through our Siemens Pride employee resource group, colleagues like Randy find community, support and a space to be truly themselves—even while working remotely. For Randy, inclusion shows up in everyday moments, like being able to speak openly about his partner at work, and knowing that openness is welcomed. It’s also reflected in what he brings to Siemens: shaping high-speed data link technologies as an electrical engineer, while pursuing creativity beyond work through hardware builds and LED art.
