Das Thema Ausbildung zählt bei SieMatic schon immer zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der langfristigen Mitarbeiterentwicklung. Umso mehr freut uns die Bestätigung, bereits zum 4. Mal als BEST PLACE TO LEARN® ausgezeichnet zu werden. Dieser bereits mehrfach in Folge erreichten Auszeichnung der betrieblichen Ausbildung liegt das Versprechen einer überdurchschnittlichen Ausbildungsqualität zu Grunde. Ein großer Dank geht an dieser Stelle an alle Ausbildungsverantwortlichen im Unternehmen. Einen über Jahre so erfolgreichen Ausbildungsstandard zu halten ist nur dadurch möglich, dass sich alle Beteiligten mit viel Herzblut für unseren Nachwuchs engagieren. Many thanks also to our trainees for your trust. 🙏   We offer apprenticeship programs in the following five different careers: Industrial clerk (m/f/d), Woodworking mechanic (m/f/d), Mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) and a dual study program leading to a degree in Wood Technology Engineering (B.Eng.).
