From Linköping to Silicon Valley 🌍 As part of his Industrial PhD, Matheus Bernat recently joined a study visit to Silicon Valley through the WASP – Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program. WASP Graduate School brings together PhD students, academia, and industry across Sweden, offering a unique research environment with international study visits, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Experiences like this highlight the value of combining industrial work with academic research. Between visits to Google, Stanford, and other leading tech environments, there was also time to explore and experience the unique atmosphere of Silicon Valley.
