We are delighted to have participated in the Università degli Studi di Pavia's initiative, connecting with students from Civil and Environmental Engineering programmes and presenting opportunities within the Master’s Degree Plus (LM+) scheme. At SICIM, we introduced a training programme on trenchless technologies, developed in collaboration with IATT - Italian Association for Trenchless Technology and the University of Pavia, connecting academic knowledge with real-world application in sustainable infrastructure. The programme offers a 12-month hands-on experience at our Italian construction sites, focusing on low-impact technologies that reduce the environmental footprint of infrastructure. SICIM was represented by Paolo Zoni our Business Development Manager and Federica Ferlazzo, from our Talent Acquisition team, who were able to share our story and experience. For us, it's always a pleasure to support new talent in building the future.
