Sibelco and Saint-Gobain announced their intention to separate the Jundu joint venture in Brazil, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. For more than 60 years, Jundu has been a successful partnership, serving customers across Brazil and creating lasting value through the dedication of its employees, strong customer relationships and commitment to local communities. The proposed separation will enable both companies to further focus their businesses and support their long-term strategic ambitions.
