I’m excited to share that I’ve completed all three chapters of Accenture’s People Leadership Credential—Connect, Develop, and Empower. In Chapter 1: Connect, I learned how to build trust, foster inclusion, and create meaningful connections that strengthen collaboration. In Chapter 2: Develop, I learned how to coach, support, and challenge team members, hold meaningful career conversations, and use emotional intelligence to help people grow and thrive. In Chapter 3: Empower, I learned how to create the conditions for success—fostering autonomy, building confidence, and enabling ownership.
