Today I’m celebrating five years at Netflix.🎬 When people ask what I value most about our culture, I often point to one line from our memo: “Netflix sucks today compared to where we can be tomorrow.” It’s a provocative statement, but to me it’s a North Star. It challenges complacency, fuels curiosity, and keeps growth front of mind. My own experience over the last five years has been shaped by that mindset. What began as a role partnering with our EMEA Scripted Series teams has expanded to support our full content footprint across the region, helping to build and scale teams across 9 country offices. That progress has come through constant learning, making adjustments, and using what didn’t work yesterday to build something better tomorrow. It has also reinforced my belief that we are only as strong as the teams we build — and I’ve been fortunate to work with a true Dream Team. I’m deeply grateful to the brilliant colleagues who have challenged me and inspired me to always strive for better.
