AgentShyft happened, and it exceeded every single expectation! On May 29, ShyftLabs partnered with Toronto Tech Week to host AgentShyft, a full-day agentic AI hackathon powered entirely by Continuum, our agent runtime built for production-grade AI at enterprise scale. The setup: 1. 28 builders, developers, and AI enthusiasts. 2. One powerful platform. 3. One day to build something real. Our CEO, Shobhit Khandelwal, set the stage by reminding participants that agentic AI is only as powerful as the infrastructure behind it. That core idea shaped everything that followed. A special thank you to our judges, Steve McLean, VP of Data at Pilot Company, and Greg D., Founder and Lead Investor at Langdon Equity Partners, for bringing their expertise, insights, and thoughtful perspectives to AgentShyft. Every team leveraged Continuum, seamlessly integrating multi-agent orchestration, smart inference, persistent memory, durable workflows, and full observability within a single platform. The results were genuinely impressive. Huge congratulations to our winners: 🥇 Ctrl + Alt + Del built OpenHouse – An AI agent that searches available rental properties in real time, making house hunting faster, smarter, and more accessible. ➡️ Aarav Bhargava, Randeep Pal, David Zhao 🥈 Number 7 built SDLC Agent – A brilliant one-click code generation tool capable of creating a complete end-to-end product, including frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows. ➡️ Vaishal Shah, Manjeetsinh Alonja 🥉 Trinity built an AI-powered Personal Tutor – An always-on academic coach that creates personalized student profiles, adaptive learning paths, and real-time guidance at scale. ➡️ Awais Aziz, Omkumar M. Patel, Aman Shah ⚽ Special Shoutout: FleetShield AI, who took home FIFA World Cup tickets for building an agentic telematics platform featuring AI assistants, autonomous mission agents, and real-time dispatch capabilities! ➡️ Vimal kumar Parthasarathy To every participant who showed up, built, and shipped: you demonstrated what's possible when the right infrastructure is already in place. Production-grade agentic AI shouldn't require months of foundational engineering before innovation even begins. AgentShyft proved it doesn't have to. #AgentShyft #ShyftLabs #Continuum #TorontoTechWeek #AgenticAI #AIHackathon #ArtificialIntelligence #AIAgents #EnterpriseAI #BuildWithAI
