I wanted to share a recent commercial retail space we completed in New City, New York. This is in downtown New City at 101 South Main Street. The project started out as a vacant piece of property, and we proceeded to work with the architects for the building outline. We got all the permits from the town of Clarkstown, and then proceeded with bringing in the gas, water, and sewer.  There was some complications with the the way the building was designed, and I brought in a structural engineer to remediate the issue with the roof load with the large units that we needed to put on the roof. We then completed the structure, and then worked on finishing the interior space. We custom built it as per the tenants requirements, and now it's all set to go!
