Yesterday was special. Not just because we were hiring at SKIT Jaipur But because some of the people sitting on our interview panel were once students there. A few years ago, they walked into the same campus with resumes in their hands. This year, they walked in representing our company. From candidates… to decision-makers. That kind of growth cannot be measured on a mark sheet. I was never the topper of my class. And life taught me something early: Marks may open the first door. Direction decides how far you go. We met more than 100 students. We conducted multiple technical and managerial rounds. A few exceptional individuals will soon begin their journey with us. But what matters most is how we choose. We don’t hire for perfect answers. We hire for intent. Curiosity. Ownership. Hunger to solve real problems. Because real work is not about remembering everything. It’s about figuring things out when the answer isn’t obvious. It starts with moments like this. When students return as leaders. And new students realize they can too.
