Founder & CEO @ Strategic Consulting | Helping founders build authority and pipeline on LinkedIn — content, positioning, and qualified conversations
Most founders I talk to have the same problem. They're not unknown. They're just unknown to the right people. Their LinkedIn is active. Posts going out. Profile looking decent. But the people who could actually buy from them have no idea they exist. That's not a content problem. That's a targeting problem. Content without targeting is just noise. You can post every day for a year and still have an empty pipeline if you're talking to the wrong audience. Here's what I focus on before writing a single post or sending a single DM: Who specifically needs to see this. Not "SaaS founders." Not "B2B decision makers." The specific person sitting in a specific role with a specific problem that only I can solve. Once that's clear, everything changes. The content hits differently because it speaks to one person, not everyone. The outreach lands because it's relevant, not random. The conversations convert because the person already feels understood before they get on a call. Most LinkedIn strategies fail not because of execution. But because the person executing never got specific enough about who they were trying to reach. Get that right first. Everything else gets easier.
