✨ #PARICHAY_2025 – A Journey of Learning and Leadership ✨ From being a curious participant last year to stepping into the shoes of a trainer this year, PARICHAY 2025 for MMS Batch 2025–27 at Monteria Village, Khalapur was nothing short of exhilarating! It was amazing to witness 200 students dive into activities, not just competing in games but showcasing team spirit, creativity, discipline, and responsibility; the true markers of future professionals. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our Director, Dr. Vijay T Raisinghani, PhD, esteemed faculty Prof. Seema Sant, Prof. Dr. Disha Shah, Prof. pallavi vartak, Prof. Dr. Ravi Jeswani (Alumni-IIMA, MMS, M.E, B.E), and Prof. Dr. Satish Billewar, who trusted us with this responsibility. A heartfelt shoutout to my incredible co-trainers Ananya Shinde, Bhagyashree Mishra, Jahnavee Shukal, Mansi Gusaiwal, OSHIN JADHWANI, Radhika Poyyara, Rakshita Kshatriya, Richa Bijoor, Shreya Shetty, Sumedh Khedkar, Sumit Sonawane, Tanisha Panda, Viraj Bhimani. Your energy, guidance, and enthusiasm turned every moment into a learning adventure! Being a trainer was truly eye-opening. Watching participants learn, collaborate, and embrace challenges showed me the impact of guidance, encouragement, and support. As an HR student, I realized that leadership isn’t just about managing tasks; it’s about mentoring people, nurturing potential, and creating meaningful experiences.
