We are hiring Domestic IT Recruiter Role Summary We are looking for an aggressive and delivery-focused IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract Staffing and C2H hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and closing IT professionals for contract opportunities across India while meeting delivery timelines and placement targets. Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Hyderabad Industry: IT Staffing & Recruitment Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Identification Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and social networking platforms. Build a strong pipeline of immediately available and short-notice candidates. Focus on niche and high-demand technologies including Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and Full Stack Development. Candidate Screening & Engagement Conduct detailed screening on technical skills, project experience, communication, notice period, and compensation. Effectively position contract and C2H opportunities to candidates. Address concerns related to job security, project duration, payroll, benefits, and career growth. Build trust and maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiation & Closure Negotiate compensation within client budgets. Convince candidates on the advantages of contract staffing such as faster onboarding, premium skills exposure, enterprise projects, and potential long-term opportunities. Ensure offer acceptance and successful joining. Delivery & Reporting Submit quality profiles within SLA timelines. Maintain daily recruitment trackers and recruitment activity reports. Achieve monthly submission, interview, and placement targets. Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing. Strong expertise in Naukri search techniques, LinkedIn sourcing, and database mining. Proven experience in candidate negotiation and offer closure. Understanding of contract staffing, C2H, payroll models, and vendor staffing processes. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
