Hi LinkedIn friends, Need some advice. What should one do when someone reaches out and says they have an opportunity in their organization that might be a good fit for you? You express interest, share the details they've requested, and look forward to exploring the opportunity further. Then... silence. It's been a week now. You've sent a follow-up message but received no response. You wait another couple of days, assuming they may be busy. At what point do you stop following up and move on? Do you send one final message? Call them? Or simply take the silence as your answer? I'd love to hear how others handle situations like this, especially recruiters and hiring managers. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
