1,000,000 man hours. Zero Lost Time Injuries. This week, our team paused to mark a milestone that speaks for itself. Behind this number are the people who show up every day - operations, maintenance, HSE, contractors, supervisors, support teams, and everyone in between. Working nights, outages, breakdowns, and some of the most demanding conditions our industry has to offer. Still looking out for each other. Still getting the job done safely. Over this same period, our team has: ✅ Improved boiler availability from 88% to over 95% ✅ Successfully completed 9 planned outages ✅ Safely processed more than 3 million tones of waste ✅ Exported over 2 million MWh of clean power That level of performance does not happen by accident. It happens when people genuinely care — about the work, about the standards, and about each other. This milestone belongs to every single person on this team.
