SHUKALB organizoi sot online takimin konsultues me temë “Hartimi i letrës së pozicionit mbi krijimin e një kornize rregullatore për menaxhimin e aseteve (AM) – në nivel vendor”, në kuadër të projektit "Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit të Kapaciteteve për Furnizimin me Ujë dhe Kanalizimet (RCDN)”. Objektivi i përgjithshëm i takimit ishte diskutimi dhe vendosja e një qasjeje të përbashkët ndërmjet palëve të interesuara pjesëmarrëse për temën specifike të avokimit “Krijimi i një kuadri rregullator për menaxhimin e aseteve (AM) – në nivel lokal”. Në takim morën pjesë përfaqësues të shoqërive ujësjellës kanalizime në Shqipëri, Enti Rregullator i Ujit (ERRU), Agjencia Kombëtare e Ujësjellës-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastrukturës së Mbetjeve (AKUM), GIZ ORF MMS, GIZ Albania, Shoqata e Bashkive të Shqipërisë, Shoqata për Autonominë Vendore dhe Qendra Burimore e Mjedisit. Takimi u moderua nga Mihallaq Qirjo, Drejtor i Qendrës Burimore Mjedisore, Shqipëri. Gjatë takimit pjesëmarrësit u njohën me një pasqyrë të shkurtër të temës për advokimit dhe më pas u angazhuan në diskutime me qëllim identifikimin e elementëve të rëndësishëm për letrën e pozicionit për temën e advokimit dhe zgjidhjeve dhe argumenteve kryesore për pozicionin. _______________________ SHUKALB organized today online a Consultation Meeting on "Preparation of Position Paper on the topic of establishing a regulatory framework for asset management (AM) – on the local level”, in the framework of the project “Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN)”. The overall objective of the meeting was to discuss and establish a common approach between the participating stakeholders on the specific advocacy topic “Establishing a regulatory framework for asset management (AM) – on the local level”. The meeting was attended by representatives of water utilities in Albania, the Water Regulatory Authority, the National Agency for Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure, GIZ ORF MMS, GIZ Albania, the Association of Albanian Municipalities, the Association for Local Autonomy and the Resource Environmental Center. The meeting was moderated by Mihallaq Qirjo, Director, the Resource Environmental Center, Albania. During the meeting the participants were introduced to a brief overview of the advocacy topic, and then were engaged into discussions with the aim on identification of important elements to be included in the position paper, and of solutions and the key arguments for the position.
