The future of the industry is already getting to work. Through our Gear Up program, we’re proud to support schools and nonprofits with free Shopmonkey access to help students gain hands-on experience in real shop environments. At Reedley High School’s Student-Led “Pirate Automotive” shop, students set out to implement a shop management system to support their growing operation. Since launching Shopmonkey in April, the team has created a more organized shop experience and recently celebrated serving their 50th customer in just one month. Seeing students work together to improve operations and serve real customers has been the most rewarding part. Programs like this show how early access to real tools and real experiences can help prepare the next generation of automotive professionals. Huge shoutout to the Reedley High Auto team for putting in the work and making it happen. We can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
