2021 was second to none.......... An year which started with an hope and now ending with fear Still had plenty to cheer ! So its time to pay tribute and heartfelt gratitude to all those in Hempel Dynamics Digital Team who never lost self belief and did what they do best and ended up achieving much more in the trying circumstances. Many are still at it, on their way to Portugal to succeed in the last frontier of the year. They say digital transformation is like a Grand Prix, where software is the F1 car, data is fuel, circuit is the organizational context and the driver being the people involved, To win one needs to excel in all. But There is a good reason when we think of F1 race we only remember the likes of Hamiltons, Schumachers, Ayrton Sennas, Alonsos ....not the version of any cars or any circuits...
