One HUGE problem I noticed while taking to founders in the Bay Area was the Talent Problem. Some interesting thoughts :  1. There are over 220 YC companies dedicated to HR and Talent, second biggest category under B2B SaaS. 2. Senior Engineer role in SF is not the same as the one in Seattle. Why? 3.
