Celebrating and Empowering Women with Shiseido Asia Pacific and Shiseido Singapore🎉 Advancing gender equity has been at the heart of Shiseido Group since its founding. Shiseido Asia Pacific and Shiseido Singapore are further driving these initiatives to carry this commitment forward. In collaboration with Agape Connecting People Pte Ltd, a close-knit sharing session with female inmates in Changi Women's Prison in Singapore was hosted with leaders from Shiseido Asia Pacific. Heartfelt conversations about strength and resilience were exchanged, and encouraging messages of hope from Shiseido colleagues gathered prior to the session were also shared to uplift the inmates as they plan for life after serving time. In partnership with United Women Singapore, we organized a beauty masterclass and mentorship sessions. These provided opportunities to support participants in achieving their personal goals and professional aspirations. Furthermore, a vibrant social mixer was hosted at our Singapore office to bring together our colleagues, external partners, and beneficiaries to connect over meaningful conversations on uplifting and supporting women.
