Shiseido has once again been selected as a "Nadeshiko Brand"🎉 Shiseido has been selected for the sixth consecutive year as a "Nadeshiko Brand," a recognition jointly awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange to listed companies that excel in advancing women's empowerment. This year's selection recognizes our continued efforts to advance women's active participation through consistent career development support from hiring to leadership appointments, alongside inclusive work-life balance initiatives that enable co-working and co-parenting for all genders—both of which contribute to long-term corporate value. At Shiseido, we aim to create an environment where every employee can thrive. Through our subsidiary KODOMOLOGY Co., Ltd.,* we provide parenting preparation programs such as KODOMOLOGY Ikutore for expectant parents and their partners, as well as postpartum childcare support. We will continue to strengthen our leadership pipeline for women and promote diverse, flexible ways of working as part of our ongoing commitment to DE&I.
