✨ Wrapping Up My TEP Journey ✨ 28 November officially marked the end of my Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) internship in NYP — a chapter filled with learning, teamwork, and hands-on experience that pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. One of the biggest highlights was working on the IRVINS Customer Experience (CX) Project, where my team and I developed strategies to enhance their in-store customer experience. We: 🕵️♀️ Conducted mystery shopping exercises to understand real gaps and opportunities 🗺️ Developed a full customer journey map to visualise pain points and touchpoints ⭐ Created a branded CX model tailored specifically to the IRVINS brand personality 💼 Built a staff empowerment toolkit to help frontline employees deliver consistent service 📊 And finally, presented our entire strategy and recommendations directly to the IRVINS management team Being able to work on such a comprehensive, real-world project gave me the chance to strengthen my analytical thinking, creativity, and confidence in presenting to industry leaders. I also worked on NYP Communications & Outreach. My team conducted focus groups, where we gathered insights from students, analysed their feedback, and translated it into clear recommendations on how to promote NYP to prospective students — sharpening both my facilitation and communication skills. But above everything else, what made TEP truly memorable was my team. Thank you for the laughter, the support, and every fun moment that made even the busiest days enjoyable. I’m grateful to have grown alongside such an amazing group of people. 💛 This internship taught me to step outside my comfort zone, collaborate deeply, and think like a marketer solving real problems. Here’s to growth, new challenges, and the next chapter ahead. 🚀✨
