DP World makes a major move in India's coastal shipping industry. DP World has expanded its domestic shipping network with the acquisition of DP World Indus, an India-flagged container vessel with a capacity of more than 2,500 TEUs. The investment strengthens DP World's coastal fleet serving 14 Indian ports, supporting faster container movement, greater supply chain resilience and a more sustainable alternative to long-distance road transport.
